The page is all about using the ModelDR Sandpit to learn and experiment.
Endpoints are web locations which expose semantic data aka triples. The Sandpit exposes test data for you to use in queries.

Running native SPARQL
To run your own SPARQL queries against the test data you can use any SPARQL engine. In this example we will use Fuseki by the Apache Foundation. This is a good open source end user tool within which you can run queries and even create your own endpoints locally for exposing your own datasets.
Step 1: Install Fuseki
Step 2: Run Fuseki web browser
Open the end user page by typing localhost:3030 into your browser and login in as admin with the password …?
